You can now extend your booking using Space Next Door mobile application by following these simple steps:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Enter the OTP that will be sent via email or SMS. Click Verify to log in to your account.

Extend Booking Without Promotion Applied Yet

1. Once you’ve logged in, from the Home page, click on "More details" and you can see your unit details which include the move in and move out dates.

2. Next, click on “Extend Booking” and you’ll be redirected to the list of different promotions offered for unit extension.


3. Select from the list of the promotion. Also, if you have a promo code, enter the promo code on the field provided and tap "Apply".
Note: This new feature Extension allows users to extend booking that has a move-out date, otherwise the feature is not available.

3. Once it says that the promotion is now active, you will have the option to keep auto-renewal, or select a new move out date to extend the unit otherwise.
Note: When choosing the move out date, it must be at least 14 days from the request date, otherwise you will get a prompt message to change promotion or change your move out date as it doesn't meet the promotion condition.

5. If you wish to keep the promotion, proceed to change the move out date by selecting it, and the system will select the earliest possible move out date.

6. Once promotion has been applied with the new move out date, click “Continue”.



7. You will receive a confirmation that “Your booking is extended” with the new date.

Extend Booking With Promotion Applied

1. Once you’ve logged in, from the Home page, click on "More details" and you can see your unit details which include the move in and move out dates.

2. On the Home page, click on “Extend booking”, and you’ll be redirected to the list of different promotions offered for unit extension however a prompt red text will appear that booking has already a promotion applied, and you need to wait until it ends in order to apply the new promotion. In this case, click only "Continue" and no need to select any promotion from the lists due to prompt message.
Note: A message will show up at the top when is your move out date from your last booking. Auto renewal is also turned on unless otherwise.

3. Next, click again "Continue" until a confirmation is received that “Your booking is extended”.

Extend Booking During The Last Renewal, Promotion Could Not Be Applied Anymore

1. Once you’ve logged in, from the Home page, click on "More details" and you can see your unit details which include the move in and move out dates.

2. On the Home page, click on “Extend booking”, and you’ll be redirected to the list of different promotions offered for unit extension, however a prompt red text will appear that the booking is already on its last renewal, hence promotion could not be applied anymore but booking can still be extended. In this case, click only "Continue" and no need to select any promotion from the lists due to prompt message
Note: A message will show up at the top when is your move out date from your last booking. Auto renewal is also turned on unless otherwise.

3. 3. Next, click again "Continue" until a confirmation is received that “Your booking is extended”.
