• If you have completed the booking but the driver has not accepted the pick-up booking yet, you may cancel the pick-up service by yourself via App by clicking "Cancel Pick-Up Service".

  • On the other hand, if the driver has accepted the pick-up booking you may still cancel your pick-up service through contacting the driver and asking to cancel it on your behalf.

* A prompt message will pop-up asking if you are sure to cancel the pick-up service, select "Yes, call driver to cancel" to proceed in calling the driver. You can keep the service otherwise.

Note: Provide your order id to the driver.

  • Upon clicking "Yes, Call driver to cancel" another pop-up message will appear showing the driver's phone number and by clicking the number, it will initiate a call to the driver. Otherwise, you may click Cancel.
