Cancellation made at least 14 days before the move in date: 100% refund (except Space Next Door service fee)

a) 100% of the pre-payment made for the first month rental and the full security deposit amount paid will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 14 days before move in date, not including the day the cancellation request is submitted.

b) Space Next Door service fee is non-refundable.

c) If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Space Next Door within 24 hours of check-in. Either parties may write to help@spacenextdoor.com.

d) Space Next Door will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.

e) A reservation will be cancelled once a cancellation email with the user and order ID is received and acknowledged by help@spacenextdoor.com.
