You can now terminate your bookings using Space Next Door mobile application by following these simple steps:
1. In the mobile application, log in using the email address or mobile number associated with your web booking.
2. On the Home page, you can see your booking details and the latest transactions. Click More Details on the booking you wish to terminate.
3. Details of the booking will show. On the bottom part, click Request Termination.
4. A prompt will appear to confirm your termination request. The termination date must be scheduled at least 14 days since the termination request. Click Continue.
5. Choose move-out date at least 14 days since requested to continue termination request. Click OK.
6. Termination request details including the Payment Summary will be shown. Review the details and click Confirm and Pay.
7. Details of the successful payment and your request for termination will be shown.
In order to terminate a booking, it needs to be in Active status. Meaning, the customer has already checked in.
